Reflexion (Paz Total)

Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your father who is in heaven. Matthew 5:16

These are words of Christ, everyone who claims to be a follower of Christ must live a life of good works, exemplary, irreproachable, otherwise he is a liar and the love of God, the testimony of Jesus Christ is lost of such. A girl who recently entered a prestigious educational institution started her career with the best possible spirit, immediately her classmates noticed something different in her than all the others; She was a Christian and her character betrayed her, she did not wait long when one of the professors pointed out all her hatred and anger for being a Christian, making her stay impossible in high school, every day the girl returned home crying eagerly of not returning the next day, however, he took heart and the other day he returned again to the confrontation site, but why this strong confrontation with this professor? Inquiring the teacher had had a family member who was also a Christian, and this relative who knew God and followed him; It made life impossible for this boy in his youth. Imagine the picture; a Christian (that is, follower of Christ) harming and destroying those whom Christ came to save, nothing more shameful than this. So in revenge this young man now adult and teacher unload his anger and annoyance on anyone who professed the title of Christian. This is not the only case that you may have heard, perhaps today you can be living next to some Christians who fight, shout, get offended, who steal, damage, criticize and even gossip, disfiguring the character of Christ and lowering it to that level too. Or maybe it is that false Christian we are ourselves, and by the testimony of false Christians many offend and curse the name of God. However, God is calling to repentance all human beings whether they are his followers or not, whether they are false or not, but those who profess to be Christians must live a superior life, considering that they already know God, and must necessarily live like Jesus. lived. This is a reflection for everyone who has decided to take the title of Christian; live like Christ, love like Christ, respect like Christ, be willing to give like Christ, put the other cheek like Christ, defend the truth and justice, but above all to show with your life and in your character Christ himself . That others may see Christ in you, perhaps many will never come to know God, but that knowing you is seeing him face to face.
